The University Council of the Cuban American National Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit, student organization that seeks to mobilize, equip, and empower university students in the United States and Cuba for the purposes of promoting democratic change and respect for human rights in Cuba.

UCCANF empowers students to join the human rights movement in Cuba by actively sending supplies to activists and communicating with them. Establishing lines of communication between Cuban-American youth and the youth in Cuba is crucial to the progress of enhancing Civil Society on the Island.
